Archiving of materials is carried out through several levels of storage. Full-text versions of articles are available in open mode on the official website of the journal in the archives section, which contains all issues without a storage period limit. Additionally, metadata and texts of publications are placed in institutional repositories, and are also transferred for storage to the V.I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine of the NAS of Ukraine, which also indexes the journal materials, which increases their accessibility and scientific visibility.
On the technical side, the journal uses reliable digital formats (including PDF) that ensure long-term readability and correct citation of materials. All publications are accompanied by metadata suitable for indexing in national and international scientometric databases. Regular backups, monitoring of technological infrastructure and software updates are aimed at preventing data loss.
The journal also ensures a high level of accessibility of materials by assigning a DOI to each publication, adhering to OpenAIRE standards and placing content in open databases and repositories. All materials remain freely accessible without financial or technical restrictions, which contributes to their wide distribution and use in the scientific community.
