Interaction model of information systems in conflict condition
DOI №______
Abstract
The article deals with issues relating to the design of information systems and the interaction of systems among themselves. The model of interaction of information systems of radio communication, between which the conflict is investigated. Proposals have been developed for reducing the degree of conflict tension. A scale is offered for measuring of degree of conflict tension. Input of such scale is based on the conception of decision-making purposefulness. This purposefulness at every system can be expressed as strtain fixed states sequence, that are desired from the point of view every system. The size of losses of vitally important elements serves as basis of this sequence by both systems. The quantitative estimation of conflict result by the winning function is certain. A winning function is the most objective description of conflict situation which describes this conflict full enough. The type of winning function depends on the degree of conflict situation: how one system influences on feasibility of purpose by other system, and also from the level of conducting conflict. The developed model has a high survivability in a conflict.
