Principles of intellectual management of telecommunication new generation networks

Abstract

In the article the intellectual information technologies are considered and their general properties for management of telecommunication networks are investigated. The scheme of the generalized structure of the system of intellectual management is developed and the main connections between its components are determined. It is established that in the system of management of complex dynamic objects it is necessary to use methods and technologies of artificial intelligence as a means of controlling the uncertainty of the external environment. Necessary intellectualization of each level of leveling control of the influence of various factors of uncertainty on the functions performed by the control system. The properties of applied intellectual technologies are presented. The principles of intellectual management of the new generation networks and the properties of intellectual technologies are determined.
