Abstract

The article is devoted to the construction of a structural scheme for the functioning of the decision support system to provide support for decision-making in the field of information security. The main functional modules that provide the continuous and efficient system functioning are the following subsystems: a subsystem for analyzing problems, risks and threats; subsystem of goals and criteria formation; subsystem of solutions formation; a subsystem for the formation of a decisive rule and an alternatives analysis. The subsystem "Analysis of problems, risks and threats" should provide search and problem formulation to be subsequently addressed. The subsystem "The formation objectives and criteria" should provide gradual formation of criteria and objectives for future functioning of DSS. The subsystem "The formation of solutions" should provide the formation of a plurality for decisions. The subsystem "The formation of deciding rules and analysis of alternatives" should provide the formation of a deciding rule for choosing a solution and the choice of the most effective solution based on the formed decisive function.

Analysis and selection of alternatives is based on the established decisive rule. The possibility of expert evaluation of decision options based on expert opinions from the problem-oriented industry should be provided in the absence of a solution in the subsystem. The subsystem allows for the construction of a parallel decision function in automatic mode and based on expert opinion. Independent application of rules allows you to compare the output decisions obtained as a result of their operation of the subsystem.
The developed structural scheme provides a full-function decision-making process.
