Synthesis of multiservice networks using the game theory methods
DOI №______
Abstract
The requirements for perspective telecommunication networks are defined: multiservice, broadband, multimedia, intelligence, access invariance, multi-operator. Advantages in comparison with traditional telecommunication networks are determined. It is shown that one of the main goals of building multiservice networks is to expand the range of services provided: telephone service; data services; telematic services; mobile telecommunication services; services of information providers. A method for multicriterion optimization of multiservice network parameters based on game theory methods is proposed. The optimal probabilities of using pure strategies and the average win have been determined. When applying a mixed strategy, the choice of a particular action must remain unknown to the enemy. An important property of the optimal mixed strategy is that for any opponent strategy (pure or mixed) it provides the player with an average winnings no less than if the opponent uses the optimal mixed strategy.
