Abstract

The motivation function is defined as one of the functions of enterprise management. The category of motivation is considered as a complex, multilevel non-uniform system of factors, which includes motives, needs, values, interests, aspirations, settings, norms of activity and human behavior. The main criteria of motivation of personnel at telecommunication enterprises are formulated. The evaluation of the main motivators and demotivators for the employees of the enterprise is conducted. It was found that the most significant motivators were those that were realized with the help of material stimulation. The priority directions of continuous improvement of motivation of telecommunication enterprise personnel are given. The effectiveness of measures to improve the management of personnel motivation has been determined. It is proposed to determine the key performance indicators that characterize the effectiveness of motivation management at the enterprise.
