Abstract

The article deals with the questions and possibilities of developing a new mathematical model of the operation of the hybrid communication network, which allows, based on the proposed flow dividing coefficients, to determine the delay of data in the branches of the terrestrial network and the satellite channel, depending on the incoming intensity of message flows, as well as the probability of failures in the connection installation for voice calls. To ensure the normal functioning of hybrid communication network special systems of management are created, characterized by certain principles of organizational and technical construction and parameters that describe them. In this article, first of all, the network level of management considered in accordance with the reference model of interaction of open systems, that is, the tasks of routing in such networks. The routing algorithm allows you to automatically load, for example, if there are two channels of communication with different or equal bandwidths between the two nodes, as well as minimize the transmission delay of the network, since the paths are initially selected in directions with minimal delay, and then only through the satellite network.

Keywords: hybrid communication network, incoming intensities, network layer, open systems, probability of failure.
